I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was up to standard, and the staff were excellent. We were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello, and the reception staff were accommodating. I will surely come back.

This is a typical star hotel, the food is expensive, but the service is good. The front desk is very patient. The cheapest room has no window. Laundry is charged separately per piece.

It's awful of course... I only stayed there for a day, I couldn't stand it any longer. My room didn't have a window, it was so damp that it was impossible to sleep, without exaggeration. Everything was old, broken, it was just unpleasant to be in the room and that's it. I know that the Philippines are not the Emirates, but I've been to 5 hotels in about the same price range, and I've never been so unpleasant anywhere. The closest beach to the hotel is disgusting, there's nothing to do in the city in general. I don't recommend it at all. By the way, the breakfasts are also a dud.

Our room is near in the road my husband doesn't sleep because of the sound of motorcycle and etc. From 3rd floor we change our room to 6floor. the locations its great malls,restaurants, massage etc. Are near.
Hotel staffs are nice and foods also are delicious .
